My little heart finds it hard to contain the joy that seems to pour out from every nerve and fiber of this perishable body. Finally by the grace of Allah I made my journey to the ultimate Turkish Delight. For years I have dreamt of making the journey to Konya -Turkey ... and then suddenly out of the blue I was there in flesh and blood with my being transfixed in gaze heart and mind.

Turkey on the whole was a very pleasant experience of 2 weeks or so. The series of images you'll view will have fragments from all the places visited Istanbul, Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale, Izmir, Bursa. Eventually there will be two galleries here instead of one .... Gallery I will be of the Dargahs (Sanctuaries of the Muslim Saints), which are missing in the present Gallery II .
