Concise Introduction ::.

This fresh collection of images in color and duo tones is a step further into the realm of fine art photography. This time around, digital art is the form of expression. Gone are the days when photography was used to convey a visual truth. Despite being in this age of digital retouching techniques, most of us still face photographs as records of reality.

Personally I enjoy making fine art images that are almost hard to believe. By refining reality towards an unrealistic state of being, and all the while reaching towards a mysterious image that merges a mirage with reality; which in turn has layers of hidden meanings, left for the viewer to decipher.

Although photographic technique plays a major role in creating these images, I try to create a finished artifact that does not remind one of a particular technique applied to a given image. With various soft wares, the image is fine-tuned by controlling the various elements of the photograph from something as simple as dust marks and color to the removal of silly little visual obstructions such as wires, stones that might affect the visual impact of the given image. Or at a complicated level with additions of several layers of an external elements from other images from my image bank that might add to the totality of the image at hand.
